L O V E D - The Podcast - aims to help unlearn false ideas about love that get in the way of us learning how to truly Love and feel Loved. In this episode, we start exploring the fact that, while we’re born free to love and be loved, at some point, we acquire the idea that love has to be earned. We also talk about how our need for Love leads to our desire for approval, but true Love is not earned, and there is not enough approval in the world that can make us feel “good enough” inside. Statistics show that while approval feels good, it cannot satisfy our soul, because it does not meet our need for true LOVE.
